Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come in a gift box made of 100% recycled cardboard.
The entire packaging is eco-friendly, recycled envelope, gift box and filling. 

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

Estimated shipping times

  • France: 1-2 business days
  • United States: 8-20 business days
  • North America: 10-25 business days
  • Europe: 3-10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 10-20 business days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 15-25 business days

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 
AYR TAN is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns and shipping costs are not refundable. 

If you wish to have your item refunded, send an email to: contact@ayrtan.com

The item(s) can be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery 
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery by an insured courrier.

Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) is on your expense. 

AYR TAN cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage made by the courier chosen by the client.

Conditions of return

For the item(s) to be eligible for return, it must be unworn and in perfect condition. The item(s) must not have marks or any sign of being worn. The item(s) sent for return that do not correspond to these criteria may be accepted at our discretion, and may also not be accepted. In case this happens, item(s) may be sent back to the customer.

Refund
The refund will be made within 15 days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
